Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for RN Coach sessions are permitted within 24 hours of booking and will receive a full refund. Missed sessions are not eligible for rescheduling. However, we understand that emergencies can occur. In those situations, EducationRN may review rescheduling requests on a case-by-case basis.
